Adriamycin was labelled with tritium by photosensitised induced reaction with a specific activity of 90TBq/mol.Adriamycin was conjugated to monoclonal antibody against hUman brain gliama cell using polyaldeyl dextran （PAD） as the binding agent.The conjugate was purified by sephadex G-100. The UV spectrum of the labelled product coincides the UV spectrum of the conjugate of unlabelled adriamycin and the same monoclonal antibody.A marked enrichment of the tritium labelled conjugate was found in the tyansplanted human brain glioma of nude mice.
