摘要

采用Ｉｏｄｏｇｅｎ碘标记法制备了１２５Ｉ标记的白细胞介素２（１２５Ｉ－ｒＩＬ－２）．经高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）纯化，放射性纯度大于９５％，游离１２５Ｉ小于５％；放射性比活度为２．２×１０１６－２．８×１０１６Ｂｑ／ｍｏｌ。该标记物用于放射免疫测定，与抗体有较高的结合活性和灵敏度。

Abstract

RIL-2 was labelled with 125I by Iodogen method.The products were punned by HPLC.Analysis of each radiolabelled preparation showed that greater than 95% of the radioiodine was associated with a single protein peak.The specific activity of radioiodinated rIL- 2 was approximately 2.2×1016-2.8×1016Bq/mol. The 125I-rIL-2 was designed for quantitating human IL-2 with sensitive radioimmunoassay （RIA）.The bioactivity of 125I- rIL- 2 is good.
