摘要

初步总结了７５例９９ｍＴＣ－Ｌ，Ｌ－ＥＣ肾动态显像；１５名正常志愿者肾脏显像清晰，靶／非靶组织比较高，９９ｍＴＣ－Ｌ，Ｌ－ＥＣ在肾脏摄取与排泄迅速，平均左、右肾达峰时间分别为３．０７±０．５９、３．２２±０．７５ｍｉｎ．肾内放射性７３％以上被清除；６０例病人显像结果与临床诊断或／和其它检查符合性好。初步结果预示：９９ｍＴＣ－Ｌ，Ｌ－ＥＣ临床肾功能显像应用前景乐观。

Abstract

mTc-L

L-EC renal dynamic imaging studies in 75 subjects were performed including 15 healthy volunteers and 60 patients.The study on volunteers shows that 99mTc- L

L- EC uptake and clearance in kidney is rapid

Tmax was 3.07±0.59min and 3.22±0.75min in left and right kidney respectively

more than 73%

99mTc-L

L- EC was eliminated from kidney in 20 min. 99mTc- L

L- EC renal imaging and renography in 60 patients was correlated well with the clinical diagnosis and/or other examination. The preliminary resultS demonstrated that 99mTc-L

L-EC has a promising future in the clinical renal functional imaging.
