采用氯胺Ｔ氧化法研制了ＴＮＴ及其衍生物ＡＮＴ的放射性碘标记物，并利用（１２５）Ｉ－ＴＮＴ－ＢＳＡ和（１２５）Ｉ－ＡＮＴ－ＢＳＡ对抗原ＴＮＴ和ＡＮＴ进行了放射免疫测定。

Radioiodine labelling of TNT and its derivative ANT by the chloramine-T method is reported and radioimmuo- assay of the TNT and ANT is described.
