摘要

分析２ＭｅＶ质子电高钕、镝和镱产生的ＬＸ射线强度谱，求得了Ｌ１和Ｌ２次亮层的荧光产额．它们的值与理论值、汇编值以及报道的实验值在误差范围内相符．

Abstract

The spectra of L X-ray induced by 2 MeV proton impact on Nd

Dy and Yb have been analysed and the L1- and L2 subshell fluorescence yields of these elements are obtained. The present results are in agreement with the theoretical and the compiled data as well as the published experimental values within the errors.
