Abstract

99mTc- MIBI is a valuable myocardial perfusion imaging agent. In order to explore the optimal condition for the preparation of Tc- MIBI

the thermodynamics of preparation reaction was studied using MIBI freeze- dried kit. The result shows that the preparation of 99mTc- MIBI exhibits a endothermic reaction. The reaction heat （△H） was equal to 339.2 kJ/mol. In order to make the labelling yield of Tc- MIBI higher than 90%

the reaction temperature should be over 77℃.
