摘要

采用受体的放射配基结合分析法检测了48例肾病综合征（简称肾综）患者淋巴细胞糖皮质激素受体（GCR）的含量。其中成人肾综组和小儿肾综组含量分别为18936±10097和9274±3847结合位点/淋巴细胞

两者有显著性差异（p<0.05）;肾综患者GCR的含量明显高于健康人（p<0.05）;男女患者之间及小儿各年龄组之间GCR的含量则无明显差异（p>0.05）。肾综患者GCR含量的明显增高

提示肾综与糖皮质激素有依赖关系

激素治疗可能会显示一定疗效。

Abstract

This paper reports the contents of lymphocyte glucocorticoid receptors （GCR） in 48 patients with nephrotic syndrome

using radioligand binding assay of receptors. The contents of GCR in patients with nephrotic syndrome was 18936±10097 binding sites/cell in adult and 9274 ± 3847 binding sites/cell in children. There was significant difference between them （P<0.05）. The contents of GCR in children and adult with nephrotic syndrome were significantly higher than that in normal ones （p<0.05）. There were no significant difference between the contents of GCR in different sex and age groups （p> 0.05）. The contents of GCR in patients with nephrotic syndrome was significantly increased. This result suggested that contents of GCR in lymphocytes are correlated with nephrotic syndrome

and the treatment of nephrotic syndrome may be effective by hormaonal therapy.
