摘要

研究了微量元素锰对维生素C、过氧异丙苯、CCl

三种激发剂触发的微粒体脂质过氧化的作用。采用比色法测定反应产物丙二醛含量

结果表明:加锰各组丙二醛含量较对照组明显减少

且其抑制效应随锰浓度递增而加强

提示锰对上述三种微粒体脂质过氧化反应有抑制作用（即抗氧化作用）

且有剂量-效应关系。

Abstract

The effects of manganese on rat liver microsomal lipid peroxidation （LPO） stimulated by Vitamin C

Cumene hydroperoxide or CCl4 were evaluated. Malondialdehyde （MDA） was measured as an index of LPO by thiobarbituric acid （TBA） reaction. The results showed that MDA contents were significantly decreased in the group of manganese added and the inhibition of manganese was increased with the rise of its concentration

suggesting that manganese appeared to be an antioxidant and to have a dose- response relationship in the three models of microsomal LPO. The possible mechanisms were discussed.
