Abstract

This paper described a detailed study on positron annihilation spectra of LiF（F2+） and LiF:（OH）-（F2+） color center crystals kept at RT for different time after electron-beam irradiation at L.N.T.. It is found that the relative intensity of 1st and 2nd components （I1 and I2） of the lifetime spectra and S parameter of the Doppler broadened spectra varied regularly with the decrease of F2+ center concentration and the variation had a certain relation with the irradiation dose.
