研究了应用

I快速标记间碘苄胍（mIBG）的条件。结果表明;在过量还原剂存在的条件下

采用新生态Cu（I）作为催化剂来进行亲核同位素交换反应可以获得高标记率的

131

I-mIBG

放化纯度可达95％以上。该方法操作简便

在100℃时反应30min即可。

Abstract

m-iodobenzylguanidine（mIBG） is radio- iodinated by nucleophilic isotopic exchenge using Cu（Ⅰ） as catalyst and in the presene of excess reducing agent. The method is simple and rapid. A 95% labelling yield can be obtained within 30 minutes at 100℃.
