摘要

对SPECT图像的单能窗、双能窗及多能窗加权采集三种散射校正方法进行比较研究。模型实验及临床试验结果均为单能窗（对称窗）采集时对比度及FSD％（标准差分数百分值）最小

多能窗加权采集时对比度及FSD％均最大

双能窗采集时对比度和FSD％介于二者之间。虽然多能窗加权采集法从对比度和FSD％综合考虑明显优于单能窗及双能窗采集法

但是该方法计算过程复杂、占用内存大。双能窗采集法相对简单、结果可靠

更适合于临床常规应用。

Abstract

Three scatter correction techniques including （Ⅰ） single energy window

（Ⅱ） dual energy window

and （Ⅲ） multi- energy window weighted acquisition were compared in this study. Results indicated that the contrast and percentage fraction standard deviation（FSD%） were smallest in Ⅰ and largest in Ⅲ

as calculated from phantom test and clinical application. Although the result of Ⅲ is the best

its calculation is very complicated and occupies more disk space. It concludes that Ⅱ is more suitable for routine clinical use

due to its simplicity and accuracy.
