摘要

应用四氧嘧啶法建立了大白鼠糖尿病模型

并分别测定了门静脉和腔静脉中的血糖、胰高血糖素、胰岛素和生长抑素浓度。证实了糖尿病时

血糖、胰高血糖素、生长抑素浓度增高

胰岛素浓度降低。探讨了糖尿病时

生长抑素浓度改变对糖尿病的影响。结果表明

糖尿病时

生长仰素分泌的增加

可抑制胰高血糖素的增高

从而减轻血糖的升高。

Abstract

A diabetic model with alloxan in Will’s rat has been established and the function of α

D cells of its pancreas were studied. The plasma level of glucagon

somatostatin and insulin in portal and caval vein were measured by RIA. The results showed that the glucagon and somatostatin were significantly increased

while the insulin was decreased. The results demonstrated that the changes of somatostatin was somewhat reiated also to diabetes and the experimental studies have supported this concept that the increasing of somatostatin level will inhibit the increasing of glucagon and thereby the hyperglycemia would be alleviated.
