摘要

2Crl3不锈钢基体上190keV氮离子辐照磁控溅射沉积司太立合金的试样

在0.5mol/1H

及0.1mol/l NaCl溶液中采用三电极动电位扫描法测定试样的阳极极化曲线

并通过RBS及XPS分析.对氮离子在不同介质中的抗蚀行为进行了机理探讨。

Abstract

Using the three sweep potential kinetic polarization technique the corrosion behaviour were measured in 0.5 mol/1H2SO4 and 0.1 mol/1 NaCl solutions respectively for Stellite films deposited on the 2Cr 13 stainless steel substrate after treatment by the 190keV N+ bombardment and magnetron controled sputtering. The effects of N+ bombardment on the corrosion properties of the Stellite deposited specimens were studied by RES

XPS and SEM-EDAX analyses.
