摘要

本文报道用单通道管设计制造的一个测量内转换电子穆斯堡尔谱的探测器。它通过对内转换电子出射角度或γ射线入射角度的选择

探测到薄膜样品不同深度（<几百nm）上的穆斯堡尔谱。实验结果表明

是深度选择穆斯堡尔测量的一个新途径。

Abstract

A detector for angle-selective depth-sensitive conversion electron Mossbauer measurement has been established using a channeltron. Either the emerging angle of conversion electrons or the incident angle of γ-rays could be selected. The experimental result implies that the emerging angle selection of conversion electrons could be used as a new way for depth-sensitive Mossbauer measurement.
