Tc-MIBI的反应动力学的研究。结果表明

只需在100℃水浴加热3min以上.其标记率可达95％以上。

Abstract

In order to explore the excellent condition for the preparation of 99mTc-MIBI

the kinetics of preparation reaction was studied using MIBI freeze-dried kit. The result obtained has shown that the preparation reaction exhibits a first-order reaction. The relationship between temperature and rate constant （k）can be expressed by the equation: lnk= -13502.3/ T+36.8（ r=0.9907）. The activation energy Ea is equal to 0.11MJ/mol. In order to make.the labelling yield of 99mTc-MIBI higher than 95%

the reaction time should be longer than 3 min at 100℃.
