结果提示此标记法具有操作简便、标记率高（91.50±4.52％）等特点

优于目前采用的氯胺T法。制备的[

125

I]-心得静与大白鼠肺组织膜蛋白的结合具有饱和性、特异性和可逆性

符合配基与受体结合的规律。

Abstract

The 125I-iodopindolol was prepared with the lodogen or Chloramine-T method. The result suggested that iodination of pindolol with lodogen was more simple and had a higher iodinating rate. The binding of 125I-iodopindolol to membrane protein of rat lung tissue was specific

saturable and reversible.
