摘要

用质子激发X荧光（PIXE）分析方法研究了儿童红血球中微量元素铷的含量与克山病的关系。测量结果表明

在克山病流行及硒水平低的德昌县儿童红血球中铷的含量约是低硒正常区、多年补硒的老病区及正常硒水平的对照区的三倍。后三个地区之间无明显差别。从有关铷的生理作用和测量结果说明元素铷可能是与克山病有关和值得研究的另一个元素。

Abstract

Rubidium concentration in erythrocyte collected from children living in four different areas of Sichuan Province has been determined with PIXE. The results showed that Rb content in erythrocyte for children in Keshan disease（KD）area （Dechang County）was three times higher than that of child in other three non - KD areas. The abnormal high Rb concentration in erythrocyte might be another risk factor other than Se deficiency.
