摘要

对链斗输送机输运的水泥熟料核子计量进行了模拟实验研究。实验结果及分析表明：料斗中物料较少时，相对计量误差较大，当物料较多时，相对计量误差（绝对值）小于１．１％；在正常生产的情况下，计量精度可以达到＜｜±２％｜的指标。

Abstract

A simulated test for measuring the cement grog conveyed by chain-boxes conveyer with nuclear technology was conducted. It is shown that the relative error is greater as the quantity of materials inside chain-boxes is small

the relative error can be reduced to less than 1.1% for a fuller loading. In normal production condition

the measuring precision is less than 2%.
