摘要

北京正负电子对撞机（BEPCII）的正负电子储存环

建于原BEPC储存环隧道中

需完成拆除旧加速器、地面改造、水电安装、墙壁修整及新设备安装等工作。为提高工作效率

我们将构成BEPCII储存环主体的84个标准单元的安装准直工作抽取出来

作为预准直工程。本文介绍此预准直工程概况

给出了磁铁的标定方法、标定精度分析、主要设备在标准单元中的安装和调整方案、理论位置坐标计算方法、准直所用仪器和单元中主要设备的准直精度。BEPCII预准直工程顺利通过了国家验收。

Abstract

BEPCII storage rings are built in the existing tunnel of BEPC.This needs disassembling the old accelerator

rebuilding the floor

and installing new water tubes

cables and equipment.In order to improve working efficiency

we extracted the installation and alignment work of the eighty-four standard cells

which constituted the main part of the storage rings

as a pre-alignment task.In this paper

we present a general report on the pre-alignment of the BEPCII storage rings.Detail descriptions are given to the magnet fiducialization method

fiducialization accuracy analysis

equipment installation and adjustment method

the nominal coordinate calculation

and the survey apparatus and the survey accuracy of the primary equipments in the cell.The BEPCII project has been checked and accepted in July 2009.
