The establishment of a horizontal control network is based on the alignment and equipment of NSRL.The magnets benchmark fixed must effectively respond changes of the magnet position.The transition points must be fixed correctly to meet the required for the measurement based on reliable data and used the theory of error compensation and effective methods to calculate the error.Comparing with the defined values we can obtain the errors of magnets and its parameters.A database of all points is established as a reference for the alignment in the future.The correction of the survey can be of help for the error analysis.
