摘要

微生物技术用于铀的富集和转化在水体的放射性污染控制上具有较好的实际应用前景

探讨微生物富集和转化铀的条件和实验效果对指导该技术的生产应用十分重要。本文详细介绍和讨论了实验条件（微生物预处理、温度、pH值和共存金属离子以及电子供体等）对微生物富集和还原铀效果的影响。研究结果表明

许多微生物对水体中的铀具有良好而迅速的富集和转化作用

一些菌种对铀的富集容量可高达 4 5 0mgU·g- 1cell。菌种预处理对铀的富集有显著影响

但依据菌种、预处理方法和富集时间以及铀的初始浓度不同而有很大差异。其中使用海水对Talarom cycesemersoniiCBS 814 .70预处理、使用甲醛和氯化汞对啤酒酵母预处理以及在沸水中对Pseu domonasEPS - 5 0 2 8加热 10min都明显提高了铀的富集效果 ;而对TalaromcycesemersoniiCBS814 .70酸碱预处理、使用氯化汞和甲醛以及叠氮化钠对PseudomonasEPS - 5 0 2 8预处理、使用氨基酸对Sacchromycescerevisiae预处理后则显著降低了铀的富集容量。在 2 0— 5 0℃范围内温度对啤酒酵母富集铀几乎没有影响。啤酒酵母和假单胞菌对铀的最大富集容量分别出现在pH3和pH4。随着初始铀浓度的提高微生物对铀的富集容量相应增加

Abstract

This paper introduced researching results in bio-accumulation and reduction of U(Ⅵ) in water. Microbes

temperature and coexisting metal ions as well as electron donors are the key factors to affect accumulating and reducing results of uranium. Some microbes have very high accumulating capacities for uranium. Effects of pretreament of biomass on uranium accumulation are highly dependent on microbial species

pretreating methods and uranium accumulating time as well as initial uranium levels. Uranium reduction by biomass was driven by cytochrome C3.
