Abstract

The production and identification of MeV/atom cluster beams at 2×1.7MV accelerator in Peking University are introduced in this paper. The vicinage effect

i.e. radiation damage in crystalline silicon and interaction mechanism of MeV/atom cluster with solids are investigated.
