Abstract

The neutron distribution for a spallation neutron source of (  8cm×20cm)lead target bombarded by 7.4GeV proton beam was studied using LR 115 2B detector. The theoretical code of CEM was used to interpret the experimental results

meanwhile

the activation method was exploited to check the experimental results of LR 115 2B and the theoretical simulation.
