摘要

本文以BESIII的TOF探测器中的前置放大器为主要内容

详细介绍了该前放的设计理念、结构特点、性能参数及测试实验等方面的内容。论文着重讨论了该前放高增益高带宽

差分输出的设计特点以及对放大器参数的测试实验和老化实验。

Abstract

This article describes the preamplifier of the time-of-flight detector in BES Ⅲ

including the design principle

structure feature

performance parameter and burn-in test of the preamplifier. The preamplifier takes an important role in the 25ps time resolution of the TOF electronics system; moreover the preamplifier accomplishes high bandwidth

high gain and large dynamic range. In order to eliminate the infant mortality and freak failures

which correspond to failures introduced by PCB assembly process and premature component failure of manufactured parts respectively

each preamplifier came through the burn-in test which is introduced in this paper. The preamplifier was verified by the BES Ⅲ headquarters.
