摘要

简要介绍了合肥光源机器研究用光束线前端装置的组成。根据光束线真空联锁及控制的要求

完成了真空联锁监控系统的软硬件设计。复杂可编程逻辑器件（CPLD）和射频识别卡的成功应用

进一步提高了真空联锁监控系统的安全稳定性。触摸屏人机界面（HMI）操作的实现提供了良好的人机交互性能。

Abstract

The front end of the diagnostic beamline in Hefei Light Source (HLS) was introduced. Both software and hardware of the vacuum monitor and control system of the diagnostic beamline were designed. The high stability has been realized with the applications of the CPLD & RF card

and the system has a friendly operation interface due to the use of Human-Machine Interface (HMI).
