This paper describes two types of pulsed power supplies for the SSRF injection system which is based on solid-state switches. One is a 1.7kV

and feed-back of current are discussed. The prototypes and the simulation show that the stability of the current magnitude is better than ±0.1% and other main targets reach the design requirement.
