摘要

本文以Cs2CO3、BaCO3、Al2O3和TiO2为原料

通过高温固相反应

合成了单相掺铯（Cs）碱硬锰矿的固溶体。借助于失重-差热分析（TG-DTA）、X射线衍射分析（XRD）、电子探针波谱分析（WDS）等分析手段

研究了Cs的挥发、反应温度、物相组成等

解决了合成单相掺铯（Cs）碱硬锰矿固溶体的配方设计、最佳合成温度等关键技术

探讨了高温煅烧时Cs的挥发问题。

Abstract

Using Cs2CO3

BaCO3

Al2O3 and TiO2 as raw materials

the single phase solid solution of hollandite cou- taining solid-dissolved cesium is synthesized by high temperature solid phase reaction. The volatilization of cesium at high temperature

the synthesis temperature

the phase structure

etc. are studied through thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis

X-ray diffraction analysis

wave dispersion spectrum and so on. We have solved many key techno- logic problems such as the formula design of single phase solid solution of hollandite containing solid-dissolved ce- sium and the best synthesis temperature.
