摘要

利用穆斯堡尔方法研究了Ｎ２＋、Ｎ＋与Ｃｕ基底中α－Ｆｅ纳米颗粒相互碰撞和碰撞后的热动力学过程。实验结果表明，Ｎ２＋与α－Ｆｅ纳米颗粒的相互作用存在着明显的非线性，即Ｎ２＋与α－Ｆｅ纳米颗粒的碰撞截面，远大于Ｎ＋与α－Ｆｅ纳米颗粒的碰撞截面。

Abstract

The interaction of N2+

N+ ions with α - Fe nanoparticles in copper film has been studied by Mossbauer spectroscopy. The results showed that there was obviously non -- liner effect in N2+ ion implantion. In the present study

the processes of thermodynamics for collision and after collision of N2 + and N + ions with α - Fe nanoparticles have also been investigated.
