摘要

老年甲亢具有症状、体征较轻且不典型的“淡漠型甲亢”的特点

常以心血管症状为首发并伴发房颤

故及时诊断和治疗老年甲亢甚为重要。本文报告30例年龄在60岁以上的老年甲亢患者

将其临床资料与同期收集的30例中青年甲亢患者进行了比较

并报道了本组患者经I治疗后随访2—25年的结果。

Abstract

The special features of old patients suffering from hyperthyroidism are atypical. With light symptoms and light signs

it’s called apathetic hyperthyroidism. Usually cardiovascular abnormality and concomitant atrial fibrillation are initial symptoms. Therefore

both early diagnosis and therapy in time are important. This paper reports the clinical data and the 131I therapeutic results for 30 hyperthyroidism patients aged over 60 years and 30 patients aged 20—53 as control group

who were followed-up for 2—25 years.
