摘要

利用正电子寿命谱（PAS）对Sol－gel法制备的ZnO压敏陶瓷材料进行了研究，分析了寿命参数与材料致密度和非线性系数a之间的关系，讨论了不同的烧结温度及时间对ZnO压敏特性的影响。

Abstract

An investigation of positron lifetime spectrum for ZnO varistor cera-micsfabricated by Sol-gel route was carried out. The relationship between lifetimeparameters and the densitification and nonlinear coefficient a was given. Thedependence of electrical properties on sintering temperature and duration wasdiscussed.
