Radionuclide scintigraphy has its unique value for the diagnosis of inflammatory diseases. The recently developed labeled antibiotics is a new kind of imaging agents in this field. The aim of this paper is to radio label the LVFX with 99Tcm and stannous tartrate as reducing agent The biodistribution of 99Tcm-LVFX in animal model and whole body scintigraphy of animal model were fulfilled. The results showed that labeling method was easy and fast
labelled agent was stable. Both biosdistribution and imaging result showed higher uptake of 99Tcm-LVFX in infection site. It is suggested that technetium labeled LVFX is a potential infection imaging agent.
