摘要

在同步辐射X射线吸收光谱（XAS）实验中

X射线滤光片用于吸收样品的康普顿散射和弹性散射

Abstract

X-ray filters are used to absorb Compton and elastic scattering of samples

and to improve the quality of fluorescence signal in X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) experiments. In the paper

ZnO filter is prepared by mixing ZnO powder into polyurethane

and then ZnO film is obtained by the spraying method. XRD (X-Ray Diffraction)

XRF(X-ray fluorescence) and X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) experiments indicate that the ZnO structure remains in the preparation process of the filter. Further

the ZnO filter is used in the Ga K edge-XAS measurement of Ga2O3

showing a good signal noise ratio. Other X-ray filters can also be prepared by the same method

which proves to be practical.
