摘要

为了研究藿香、佩兰治疗冠心病的有效成分，依次用正己烷、氯仿、甲醇和水进行分离提取，并用４５Ｃａ跨膜测量技术进行钙拮抗作用分析。结果表明：正己烷提取部分钙拮抗作用最好；将正己烷组分作柱层析，发现七个组分具有活性；藿香中的墨绿色带、佩兰中的橙色带的钙桔抗作用最强。

Abstract

The Pogostemon cablin Benth(PCB) and Eupatorium fortunei Turez(EFT) belong to the groups of complex prescription " Yu-Geng-Tong-Yu decoction". The separation of the effective component was taken by n-hexane

chlorofrom

methanol and water respectively

and the Ca2+ antagonistic effect was determined by 45Ca transmembrane influx technique. It was found that the extract separated by silica gel chromatography and eluted by n-hexane have seven functional fractions. Among them

the dark-green fraction of PCB and the orange fraction of EFT have strongest activity of Ca2+ antagonistic effect.
