摘要

介绍一种峰值电压190 V、峰值电流16 A扫描磁铁开关电源设计。该电源采用脉宽调制（PWM）和Buck电路控制实现输出电压连续可调

结合IRS2453D和IR2110进行H桥逆变驱动

并具有过流保护等功能。

Abstract

For electron accelerator of the high frequency high voltage type

a beam-scanning power supply with a peak voltage of 190 V and peak current of 16 A has been developed at Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics.It has a pulse width modulation(PWM) and a Buck circuit

with the H-bridge inverter driver of IRS2453D and IR2110.Output voltage of the power supply can be adjusted continuously

and over-current protection can be realized.In this paper

we report power supply design and test results.
