寻找亲肿瘤显像的阳性扫描剂是早期探测肿瘤的重要环节。过去通常采用各种标记化合物或亲肿瘤核素，

and lung tumor. It was found that the relative concentration of radioactivety in the area corresponding to the U

tumor in comparison with the normal tissuse such as spleen

kidney and muscle was increased after i. v. injection of

I-McAb of HCG-

and the concentration of tumor area in U

mice was higher than in S
