Abstract

A combustion method for preparation of

H-labelled biological samples for counting was reported. The recovery of this method was about 94-97%

and the efficiency of counting was 32-37%. The error due to quenching was reduced to a much lower degree. This method was successfully used in the study of drug metabolism.
