摘要

冠醚化合物能促进植物根系吸收并有加速运转无机金属离子的作用，这是由于冠醚化合物对金属离子的络合特性所引起的

。我们在实验研究中也发现，某些冠醚化合物在动物体内的代谢特点是易被动物机体所吸收，而又能迅速被排除

。因此能否作为疾病诊断上的扫描剂和重金属中毒的解毒及促排剂是值得进一步探讨和研究的。为了深入了解冠醚的毒性以及为探索新药物的合成途径提供科学依据，本文利用同位素示踪法，研究了苯并－15－冠－5对小白鼠造血器管的影响。

Abstract

In this paper we are going to discuss the influence of B15C5 on the blood forming organs of mice by using isotope tracing technique. The result of our experiments shows that only the weight of mice itself of their thymuses and spleens decreased to some extent if the young mice was poisoned acutely once or several times. The incorporation of

Fe into their spleens

thymuses and bone-marrow was restricted. Since the medicine can be easily excreted by the mice

the poisoning reactions disappeared very quickly.
