摘要

食品辐射保藏是和平利用原子能的一个重要方面。关于食品辐照后的毒性试验，不少国家都进行了很多研究工作。所研究的食品达几十种以上，所用的动物有小白鼠、大白鼠、豚鼠、兔、狗、猪、鸡、猴等，并分有短期和长期的两种试验。

Abstract

Irradiation of mushroom with 0.49 and 0.98 kGy doses followed by storage at room temperature for over six days did not exert a deleterious effect on the mice blood indices(RBC

WBC

hemoglobin content

WBC differential count). Biochemical indices (ratio of serum protein

and glutamicpyruvic transaminase indices) showed no significant abnormality. The occurrence of tumour was not related to the dose

no significant difference being found between experimental and control grups.
