摘要

目前国内外学者提出可以染色体畸变作为“生物剂量仪”

，且一致认为外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变分析是一个较理想的生物学指标

，并认为在25～500拉德剂量范围内用染色体畸变进行剂量估算

是正确可行的。在某些事故照射中用生物学方法较物理学方法更能反映机体损伤的真实情况

。为此，我们从遭受较低剂量照射出发，自0～200拉德之间探索染色体畸变量与辐照剂量的效应关系，拟建立本实验室的剂量－效应刻度曲线，以染色体畸变作为放射损伤诊断的一项生物学指标，有助于对患者作出诊断及针对性治疗措施。

Abstract

Seven human peripheral blood samples under the thermo-regulation were exposed at the dose of 5

100 and 200 rads respectively by

-rays. The chromosome aberration frequencies at different dose were observed with 7723 metaphase cells and analyzed by employing spontaneous human chromosome aberration frequency as control group according to the principle of least square method. A dose-effect curve from 0—200 rad was plotted. The results show that through 0—200 rad low dose irradiation the relationship between dose and chromosome aberration frequencious is linear thus it canbe also served as a "biological dosimeter".
