摘要

组氨酸是生物体的必要氨基酸之一，存在于多种朊类中，氚标记的组氨酸对于组蛋白及肥大细胞释放行为的研究有重要意义。

L-［2

H］组氨酸单盐酸盐是由L-组氨酸单盐酸盐与正己烷碘溶液在碱性条件下反应生成了L-［2

5-碘］组氨酸单盐酸盐，此碘化物再和氚进行卤氚交换反应，反应后经纸层析分离纯化得L-［2，5-

H］组氨酸单盐酸盐，其放射性比度为36Ci/m

，放射化学纯度大于95%，经有关单位使用效果良好。

Abstract

L-[2

5-I] histidine • HC1 was formed from the L-histidine • HC1 by iodination with iodine.

L-[2

H] histidine•HC1 was prepared from the L-[2

5-I]

histidine·HC1 by catalytic dehalogenation with tritium. The specific activity of labelled compound was 36 Ci/mmol radiochemical purity was over 95%.
