近年来，我们用聚丙烯酰胺电泳法制备了猪前胰岛素、人生长激素、甲胎蛋白及胰岛素等

I标记物。经鉴定和应用于放射免疫分析，效果较满意。

Abstract

I) alpha fetoprotein

I) porcine proinsulin and A14- or A19-(

I) monoiodoinsulin labelled with domestic-made Na

125

I by lactoperoxidase or chloroamine T method were purified successfully by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The tracers were characterized in radioimmunoassay systems in terms of their immunoreactivity

specific radioactivity and stability during storage.

The results show that both LPO and ChT could be used as oxidizing agent except LPO for alpha fetoprotein. There were no marked differences concerning the immunoreactivity of tracers labelled by LPO or ChT judging from dose-response curve. The specific radioactivity for (
