摘要

近年来，动脉壁平滑肌细胞（ASMC）培养已成为体外研究动脉粥样硬化（以下简称“动粥”）发病机理的重要手段之一据报道，如在细胞培养液中加入各种致“动粥”的因子（如高脂血清），可使平滑肌细胞明显增殖

。我们教研室曾报道中药蒲黄花粉能明显降低实验家兔的血清胆固醇水平和减轻“动粥”斑块的发生和发展

，为了进一步观察蒲黄对平滑肌细胞增殖的影响，我们建立了用同位素示踪实验观察体外动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的方法。

Abstract

The proliferative effect of hyperlipemic serum with or without Chinese herb medicine pollen typhae was compared in vitro.

H-TdR was incorporated to DNA of cultured cells of smooth muscle of rabbit aorta. Radioactivity of DNA was determined by liquid scintillation counting (cpm) and the percentage of labelled nuclei was determined by autoradiography. It was found that the counting and the percentage of labelled nuclei were low in the cultured smooth muscle cells when hyperlipemic sera were added with pollen typhae than hyperlipemic sera were added alone. The results demonstated that pollen typhae has inhibiting effect on the stimulating action of hyperlipemic serum upon cells of smooth muscle.
