摘要

纸上电泳用于判别溶液中离子存在形式，研究价态分布情况及电荷极性等。该方法设备简单，操作方便，速度快、取样量少，且结果直观，判断正确，适用于半衰期短的放射性样品分析，是电化学研究的一个有效的方法。

Abstract

The dimethyl formamide (DMF)-sodium hydroxide mixture used as electrolyte for radioelectrophoretic study of iodide

iodate and periodate was described. The electrophoretic voltage and time related to ion migrating distance were selected. The concentration of sodium hydroxide in the electrolyte was varied. The electrophoretic behavious of iodide

iodate and periodate in various proportions of dimethyl formamide and sodium hydroxide was studied. The experimental conditions are as follows: voltage: 4000~5000V

time: 15min

concentration of sodium hydroxide: 0.1~0.5

proportion of dimethyl formamide to sodium hydroxide: 1:1~1:3. In these experimental conditions

periodate can be very well separated. This mixed solution can also be used for paper chromatography.
