The chambers here designed and manufactured are characterized by three terminals

gas flowing and extrapolated. Basic features and parameters were measured in Xray γ-ray and(n

γ) mixed field. The results of the experiments showed that the chambers can be applied to measure neutron absorbed dose in (n

γ) mixed field. It is also suitable for accurate determination of absorbed dose of thin layer sample.
