The measurements of vertical behaviour of the beam extracted from AVF cyclotron with a SEM multiwire beam profile monitor are reported. The influence of circular trim coil current variation on vertical beam behaviour is also determined experimentally. The results show that the variation of trim coil current has greater influence on the vertical beam emittance than on the beam center displacement in the vertical direction.
