本文通过与Ceretec HM-PAO药盒比较，报道国产HM-PAO药盒的初步评价。国产HM-PAO药盒安全，

Tc标记率与Ceretec HM-PAO相似，在脑内明显浓聚，SPECT显像良好，但国产HM-PAO药盒d. 1 HM-PAO的含量低于Ceretec HM-PAO药盒。

Abstract

A preliminary evaluation of home produced HM-PAO kit has been made by comparison with ceretec HM-PAO kit. The home made HM-PAO kit is safe

Tc labelling yield being equal to ceretec HM-PAO kit. Its labelled preduct brain uptake

and its SPECT imaging is satisfactory. But the dl HM-PAO content is less than that of ceretec HM-PAO kit.
