摘要

放射性碘标记的碘化油，是治疗原发性肝癌的有效放射栓塞治疗试剂。本文研究了

125

I或

131

I标记碘化油的条件，并用TLC法测定标记物的稳定性。结果表明：采用丙酮作交换反应的溶剂，在40℃水浴下反应1.5h，可以使交换反应的标记率高于99%。该方法操作简便，标记率高，适宜高活性的碘标记操作。标记物在室温条件下放置32天，经TLC法测定，其放射化学纯度仍在98%左右，无脱碘现象产生.

Abstract

Lipiodol was labelled with

125

I or

131

I using an iodine exchange reaction and the stability of the radioiodized lipiodol was measured by chromatography. The optimum reaation condition was found to be 40℃ for 1.5h with acetone as solvent. The labelling efficiency has been found to be 99%. The compound is very stable and no dehalogenation was detected over a one month period.
