1）HM-PAO（或ECD）脑灌注断层显像能灵敏、无创伤性、立体、定量地反映脑局部血供的状态，因此，可作为客观判断标准。实验数据证实了体外反搏确能明显改善局部脑缺血状况。

The therapeutic effects of regional cerebral ischemia using sequential external counterpulsation are evaluated in this paper by brain perfusion SPECT with

l) HM-PAO or

Tc-ECD

which is well known as a noninvasive

sensitive

quantitative

three dimensional diagnosis method for brain diseases according to the region and degree of ischemia.
