用核素心室造影法评价了心脏病病人口服硝苯啶（NIF

20mg、31例）和地尔硫

Abstract

Hemodynamic parameters were assessed before and 0.5h after the p. o. of 20mg of nifedipine (NIF) in 31 patients and 60 mg of diltiazem (DIL) in 24 patients with radionuclide ventriculography. After oraltherapy

LVEF increased from 0.56 to 0.63 (P

0.001) and LVEDV increased 15 ml/m

CO and CI increased 2.011/min and 1.231/ (min•m

respectively
