在上海原子核研究所全自动PIXE分析装置的基础上，建立了PIXE-PIGE分析方法，使可同时分析的元素范围向低

扩展，弥补了PIXE分析的缺陷。用内标法测定了部分生物标准参考物质和一些植物样品中部分元素的含量。

Abstract

On the basis of a fully automatic PIXE analysis system

a PIXE-PIGE analysis system was established. The detectable element range can be extended to lower Z region. The internal-standard method was used to measure some IAEA and NBS standard reference materials and botaincal samples.
